Join our Cumberland Island Safari this spring, April 14 – 19, 2017 for a week of photography, bird watching, sketching and swimming on this wild, magical island.
This expedition is for Georgia Nature Photography Association Members & Artists who desire the freedom to explore the island at their own pace without workshops, speakers or seminars.
Our small group will spend 6 days/5 nights on the island sharing bedrooms and bathrooms in a cozy, historic home with expert guide and photographer Gary Gruby.
Walk or bike to different parts of the island to explore on your own or travel in our Landcruiser to remote island locations and for sunrises, sunsets and moonrises.
It is a rarity to have a vehicle on the island and we might get a little dirty chasing the light.
All meals are included as well as the private boat transport on/off the island from Fernandina Beach, FL.
Call Gary Gruby at 770-599-0207 for full information.
This is NOT a GNPA trip but is run by a friend of the GNPA.
