Join us at 9:45 AM in front of the visitor center for Hills & Dales Estate for an opportunity to photograph the beautiful gardens of the Fuller E. Callaway family. Completed in 1916, Hills & Dales Estate has several acres of preserved 19th century gardens that are perfect for landscape and macro photography. We have two options for entrance fees. GNPA Is Going Back to The Mountains A few weeks ago 6 GNPA members went to North Carolina to photograph very old barns (many from the 19th century) in Madison County. Here are a few photos from the spring trip. Trip leaders and professional photographers Don McGowan and Bonnie Cooper live in Asheville and work with the Appalachian Barn Conservancy to provide support and assistance to owners who are committed to preserve these ancient treasures.
