The Griffin Chapter is a regional Chapter of GNPA centered in Griffin, GA.  Our mission is to promote the appreciation of nature by capturing and sharing the beauty of it through photography.

We hope you will come have some fun with us as we learn and share our knowledge about photography and in particular, nature photography.

We welcome anyone interested in Nature Photography!

The Griffin Chapter (formerly called the Central GA chapter) of GNPA is dedicated to helping photographers of all skill levels learn and grow as we share expertise and experience through our monthly meetings and photo shoots, field trip and other events.  We believe that each of us can grow by sharing our passions for nature photography with each other.

Our goal is to make the Central Chapter a place where nature photographers of every level can come together to enjoy and share the beauty of the natural world as we all learn from each other.

Our chapter is very active with excellent monthly programs, and we invite you to visit our monthly meetings, normally the 3d Tuesday of each month. We meet in the conference room of the Griffin/Spalding Senior Center in Griffin, GA, with members from the south side of Atlanta all the way to Gainesville, Florida.  You do not have to be a member of GNPA to attend our meetings; but we hope you will decide to join.

Visit our MeetUp page.  You can join our MeetUp group without belonging to GNPA, however, some activities such as Field Trips, Print Competitions and some Workshops are ONLY open to GNPA Members.

We hope to see you at our next monthly meeting with your friends who are interested in nature photography.
